About the Role & Mission
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity UI prototypes, and micro-interactions in Figma
- Maintain, expand, and document our multi-brand design systems, token systems, and UI component libraries
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to ground designs in real user needs
- Collaborate closely with frontend engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of UI components and animations
- Present design concepts and articulate rationale to enterprise stakeholders and executive clients
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3+ years of professional product UI/UX design experience for SaaS, web platforms, or mobile apps
- Mastery of Figma (auto-layout, components, variables, interactive prototyping) and design tokens
- Strong portfolio demonstrating typography, color harmony, visual hierarchy, and real problem solving
- Solid grasp of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and responsive design principles
- Familiarity with frontend development basics (HTML/CSS) to collaborate seamlessly with engineering teams
