Senior AI & Agentic Workflow Engineer
About the Role & Mission
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy multi-agent autonomous systems using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and AutoGen
- Build scalable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) engines using vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, pgvector)
- Fine-tune open-source models (Llama, Mistral) and configure enterprise LLM guardrails for safety and compliance
- Design event-driven data ingestion pipelines to process unstructured business documents (PDFs, transcripts, audio)
- Collaborate with enterprise product managers to translate complex client business workflows into autonomous agent logic
- Optimize latency, cost-per-token, and throughput across OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and self-hosted vLLM clusters
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience with at least 1.5+ years focused on generative AI and LLM architectures
- Deep proficiency in Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, and modern asynchronous frameworks
- Strong hands-on experience with vector embeddings, similarity search, chunking algorithms, and semantic indexing
- Familiarity with model evaluation frameworks (RAGAS, TruLens) and prompt optimization techniques
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment on AWS SageMaker or GCP Vertex AI
- Solid foundations in linear algebra, statistics, and machine learning principles
