Lead Full Stack Next.js Engineer
About the Role & Mission
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop modern, responsive web applications using Next.js 15+, React 19, Server Components, and Tailwind CSS
- Build resilient backend services and server actions with PostgreSQL, Drizzle ORM, and Redis caching
- Drive web performance optimization: Core Web Vitals, server-side rendering, streaming, and edge routing
- Architect robust state management, client side caching (TanStack Query), and optimistic UI patterns
- Lead sprint planning, conduct high-standard pull request code reviews, and champion clean code practices
Qualifications & Requirements
- 4+ years of professional full stack development experience with modern React & Next.js ecosystem
- Mastery of TypeScript, asynchronous programming, and REST/GraphQL/Server Actions patterns
- Demonstrated expertise in relational database modeling with PostgreSQL and modern ORMs (Drizzle / Prisma)
- Deep understanding of browser mechanics, CSS layouts, accessible HTML5 semantics, and web security
- Strong portfolio of shipped production web applications with high visual polish
